Support worked with me for a week straight to try to make sure that I could resolve the issue myself and if I wasn't able to they were going to help me get a part replaced for the machine. I love this machine it's been great I had a glowforge and this machine is the same wattage as a glow Forge but works faster than a glowforge I have yet to have a project to take me longer than 35 minutes to complete that's also including tumblers. It is a pretty heavy machine you may need some help getting it out of the box and getting it set up but overall it is well put together support is amazing and I would recommend this machine 10 times over. But getting the all in one engraver laser has been lot better than I expected.
