eZwell - Remedy Massage System

Got for my 86 year old father. He leaves on his bed and uses for back pain almost daily. He literally falls asleep because it so soothing. The neck part was a little to strong so he was able to remove and just use the bottom. Very much worth it.

BUYER BEWARE.......I brought this product for my husband. The pillow was very hard. It doesn't give a good massage, all it does is vibrate and heat. So we decided to return the item, just to be charged 50.00 to return shipping for 6 lbs. And you will want to return the massage mat once you get it. Very cheap product for the price.

The pillow/neck massager is not comfortable in the least. If you are 6 feet or taller, your feet will extend past the vibrating mat, so definitely designed for short people or females only. After the first use I removed the neck massager completely and just placed a pillow above the mat. I find the vibration and heat function of the mat to be very good and used it 3 times in the first week. You can literally doze off easily. I give this unit 3 stars for the mat and would make it 4 stars if it were just 1 foot longer. I give the neck massager just 1 star only because there is no zero star selection. I am 6 feet tall and have broad shoulders, so the unit as designed just does not fit me very well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a great purchase. I have RA and fibromyalgia. The heat is perfect. The different settings make is easy to be comfortable.The message pillow is a bonus. I also have lots of headaches and migraines. It is so helpful. A little noisy but well worth it.

A little on the pricey side but well worth it. I bought this for my father to help relieve pain and support circulation. We both used it till he passed away. My brother wanted to sneak it out of my house lol. The only thing that would be nice is those who have very small necks it doesn’t quite reach to massage but the heat and infrared is nice.

Very comfortable

My son sits on this to ameliorate his severe fibromyalgia (SSI disabled). Unfortunately, it only lasts about two months being used a good part of the day. You can hear the motors start to buzz and die and that's not great. The big upside is that it is well padded in comparison to every other mat we've tried and, since he also has a currently untreatable labral hip tear that's very important. The detachable head rest is a really good idea although we don't have use for it right now. If it were durable I'd give it five stars. As is, we are re-ordering every couple of months which really adds up. We think if you were lying on it and using it much less often it might last a lot longer. We will never know.
