I bought two of these shipped to myself and to my wife. We have been using them several times a day every day while we are out. I wear this bracelet everywhere and everyone has to deal with me having it. The app has some UX quirks that makes it less intuitive to navigate than I think it should be but all the functionality is there. I can see a history of the various kinds of signals we have sent to each other, and many of them have little phrases we defined. I can either touch the bracelet to send any new signal, or choose one from the love language list we built. Its easy to put on and take off, which I only do for sleep and showering. It fits fine and comfortably, I imagine on many wrist sizes since it has so many pips. I recommend this bracelet specifically for anyone in a LDR who needs something to placate their RSD.

For someone who's been skeptical of bracelets like these for a long time and is a first time buyer of one, I must admit this product has met and surpassed my expectations. I bought one for myself and gifted one to my girlfriend, and it has worked as promised. It has no problem connecting with a modern phone, and as long as the bracelet and your phone are within Bluetooth range of each other, you can receive and send touches with only a small delay. The bracelet is durable, fits well, doesn't look gaudy, and comes with a great app that helps track touches and make your own touch language. For someone who has to travel a lot for work, it has done wonders for my relationship this far and has helped bridge the distance when I need to travel for a long time. It has helped put my girlfriend at ease, and made checking in on each other as simple as a touch or two. I sincerely recommend it.

I bought the white one for me and the black one for my boyfriend and let me tell you. we live 36 hours away from each other. it sucks but we are making it work. I was scared to buy these because the reviews on the old one are.... sub par at best, I've done a lot of research before buying them. I'm so happy. I never wear watches or bracelets because I find them uncomfortable. This is so comfortable i barley notice it until it vibrates or I want to send touches. I sleep with it no issues. I wore it in the shower with no issues. The battery life is great! I charged it on Thursday and on Monday it was still at 70% and we send touches a lot. We made up our own cute little secret language and.. I just love the product. We've had it less than a week so I'll update if anything changes.

Device is fine, battery lasted longer than expected honestly but the bands on them are defective. Both my husband and I had the device falling off constantly. We contacted Bond regarding the issues and they suggested purchasing new bands, which we did. Replaced with new bands and the falling off issue continued. We resorted to zip tying them to our wrists - not functional and not acceptable for a $90 item. I finally lost the device entirely when we were in Vegas a week ago. I've contacted Bond REPEATEDLY, no less than 10 times at this point via chat and email and have received absolutely no response. Considering I had already contacted them about the faulty bands and we've only had the items for 6 months, I feel they should have handled this better. Don't bother buying these, you'll lose them and just be out $90 a piece for them.

Its a good product. It came just a little scuffed up but not bad at all. My only complaint and why its not 5 stars is in order to wake it and start sending touches, you have to double tap it. Sometimes those initial double taps don't register so it takes a few tries. Some of the reviews have said they fall off easily. My boyfriend doesn't have trouble with this, but I have found mine pops open pretty easily. To counter this, I got the things to make my own band. The app works great. I like making up our on tap language with different colors and meanings. I did notice one review said it isn't waterproof. This is correct. Don't bring it in the pool with you. It is water resistant not water proof so it will be fine if you sweat or something. After months of wearing it I have noticed a yellow residue of gunck build up on it that needs to be scratched away. Traditional cleaning methods don't seem to work on it. aside from these little things I mentioned I have had no problems with it at all. The connection is strong and it works as intended! Great product!

My partner and I are across the country from each other right now, and this allows us to feel a connection. Yes, we text throughout the day, but this is different. This lets us know we are thinking of each other and we don't have to look at our phone to know it. I grin when I get a few little buzzes while in a meeting. If you have distance between you and a loved one then get this. You won't regret it.

EDIT: Contacted the team and they were able to help me out entirely and responded quickly! Change my rating from 3 to 5 stars because of wonderful customer service! Honestly did not meet my expectations. At first I thought it was anywhere in the world no service it would work and I cpuld send messages to my girlfriend, but it just works off your phone, no signal no messages. There's apps that do vibrate messages. My girlfriend and I did enjoy sending each other messages randomly. But biggest problem is the fastening clip is really bad, holepunch style like a hat. First one fell off my wrist lost it in the backyard, brother didn't see it and ran it over with the lawn mower. Bought a second one and it fell off somewhere while traveling in the airport and now I'm away for 6 weeks. I'm just sad really that it came off so easily. Not sure if I'll buy a third one if it will just fall of again.

My friend and I use these because I travel often and am bad at checking my phone for texts or calls. We have these color coded for safety and checking in purposes and it has been fantastic. She can just shoot me a color asking me to check-in if I haven't responded to her texts. I took a couple star off because the setup wasn't seamless with pairing and took a bit for the app to detect the bracelet. After we finally got them paired and were setting up the colors, at one point it kept flashing the same color for every color code we put in. We reset our phones, apps, and bracelets, but that didn't help. Finally we just had to delete all of the codes we put in and redo them. The band itself is absolutely annoying and not sure what they were going with there. The trick to putting it on is having the bulky device part on your inner wrist and snapping the band into a hole on the top of the wrist.

I love it. Me and an ex got them to use and it was a great experience when using it. Gives you a sense of comfort and always left a smile on my face feeling it buzz and being thought of. Recommend for long distance couples who can't always be there together.

The bracelets are comfortable to wear, look good, and the app was fairly easy to set up. However, we did experience some reliability issues from time to time. Occasionally touches wouldn't come through straight away, or one of the bracelets would need reconnecting, which could be frustrating. One thing I wasn't particularly keen on was the subscription cost for some features. It feels a bit unnecessary given the price of the bracelets, especially when there are alternatives available. For example, you can get apps for the Apple Watch that offer a very similar touch-sharing experience without needing dedicated hardware. That said, when the Bond Touch system is working as intended, it does feel more personal and special than a standard notification. Overall, it's a great concept and a thoughtful gift for couples who spend time apart, but the occasional connectivity issues and subscription costs stop it from being a full five stars.
