I won't go into the details of that. And shoes are tricky because I really don't know if they will be good for me until I put them to the test. When I saw these NORTIV 8 Women's Walking Shoes and read the glowing reviews, I figured I had nothing to loose. Turns out they are a gift from God. I'm not exaggerating. These shoes are amazing and I can't give them enough praise. I very rarely find a shoe that works for me. I was hesitant to try these because I’m a fan of the New Balance x more v6, and I fell in love with those. However, I was wanting a more neutral color, and a little darker sole because I knew they would get dirty at work. I’m on my feet for 8-10 hours a day at my job, 6 days a week. It’s nothing for me to get 10,000-20,000 steps a day in just at work, depending on how busy the day is. I have foot problems and have been limping for about 2 months now. (I need to get my heel spur taken care of by a doctor, just way too busy right now!) Anyways, big picture, I needed a comfortable shoe for work that could stand up to my pain level and not leave me crying at the end of a long workday! Amazon was over a day late on delivery, and I was really disappointed because I was in so much pain and wanted to wear them for work immediately. But it was worth the wait, and these shoes live up to all the great reviews, and they are awesome!! The rebound is very similar to the rebound in the New Balance pair I have. I feel almost no pressure on my bad heel at all when I walk. Now, I do work in a warehouse, and I feel the traction on the sole could be just a bit better, but I’m not complaining. They are very lightweight and durable, and great value for the price. I’ve gotten several compliments on them, and I love that they go with all the naturals in my wardrobe. I would suggest going up a half a size. I’m a true size 9, but I should have gotten a 9.5. They feel a little tight in the toes. I love them, and give them 5 stars. I will see over time how the overall quality is, and see how long they hold up.
