Review: Use as Digital RearView Mirror! - I installed the Haloview BT7 RV Backup Camera Wireless FHD 1080P DVR Rearview Full-Color Night Vision Cam and 7" Monitor System and the Haloview BTC129 Wireless RV Side Marker Light FHD 1080P Cameras. The install went really well and everything worked great. The rearview camera is a real help while driving used as my rearview mirror. The side cameras are nice but Iā€™m not sure if I really needed them but they do come in handy in traffic and while parking. In wiring the cameras to my Jaco 195RB, I ended up connecting the camera power wire to the trailer marker lights, which means for the cameras to work, the truck lights need to be to power the trailer marker lights. Some day I may add a switched dedicated 12 volt wire for the cameras. A big plus for the system. My 2024 Toyota Tundra has a Leer topper and it was difficult to see through the rearview mirror because of the window tent of the topper. I purchased the Haloview BTC131 Byte Tango 1080P HD Wireless Dashcam and installed it on the Leer topper rear window and set it up as the fourth camera on the Haloview BT7 monitor. So, when not towing my camper, I have a digital rearview mirror that works great. As a disclaimer: The Toyota Tundra came with a digital rearview camera mounted on top of the cab, but when I installed the Leer topper the camera view was blocked. Camera relocation kit are available but because of warranty issues I decided to go this way. Review: Operating properly - Haloview I had constant problems with the Furrion camera system on my JAYCO trailer. Cameras are a necessity while traveling with my fifth wheel trailer. I replaced the camera system with the Haloview system. I have had no issues. I bought this camera and mounted it to my hitch. I will be able to view my hitch connection to my truck. Exceptional wireless camera system. ## Features - The BTC131 camera can be matched with BT7, BT7 Touch, BT6. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D53R8BWF | | Are Batteries Included | No | | Auto Part Orientation | Front | | Auto Part Position | Front | | Best Sellers Rank | #124,498 in Electronics ( See Top 100 in Electronics ) #1,627 in Car On-Dash Mounted Cameras | | Brand | Haloview | | Built-In Media | User Manual | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | Haloview devices (BT7, BT7 Touch, BT6) | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | RV | | Connectivity Technology | Auxiliary | | Control Method | Touch | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 8 Reviews | | Display Type | LED | | Frame Rate | 30 | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 2"D x 3"W x 4"H | | Item Type Name | camera | | Manufacturer | haloview | | Model Name | BTC131 | | Mounting Type | Windshield Mount | | Optical Sensor Technology | CMOS | | Other Special Features of the Product | Night Vision | | Screen Size | 2 Inches | | Special Feature | Night Vision | | Supported Standards | MP4, AVI, JPG | | Vehicle Service Type | RV | | Video Capture Resolution | 1080p | | Warranty Description | 1 Year Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Haloview - **Model Name:** BTC131 - **Orientation:** Front - **Vehicle Service Type:** RV - **Connectivity Technology:** Auxiliary - **Special Feature:** Night Vision - **Video Capture Resolution:** 1080p - **Included Components:** User Manual - **Mounting Type:** Windshield Mount - **Color:** Black ## Images ![BTC131 Byte Tango 1080P HD Wireless Dashcam - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61+T+I6ZYKL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### āāāāā Use as Digital RearView Mirror! *by J***A on November 14, 2024* I installed the Haloview BT7 RV Backup Camera Wireless FHD 1080P DVR Rearview Full-Color Night Vision Cam and 7" Monitor System and the Haloview BTC129 Wireless RV Side Marker Light FHD 1080P Cameras.
