I purchased this HP 14" HD Touchscreen Laptop (Renewed) and it has been a good option for basic everyday tasks. The laptop arrived in clean condition and worked right out of the box with Windows 11 already installed. The 14" touchscreen display is responsive and convenient for simple navigation, browsing, and watching videos. While the Intel Celeron dual-core processor and 4GB RAM are not meant for heavy workloads, they handle basic activities like web browsing, email, streaming, and document editing just fine. The 64GB SSD helps the system boot quickly and keeps things running smoothly for light use. The built-in webcam is also useful for video calls and online meetings. The touchscreen is great, however it does NOT have a keyboard backlight as described which I disappointed . Other than that, it's speed so far is good. So far it's functional and durable. The size isn't overwhelmingly big. For the value, it's not that bad.

Esta laptop superó mis expectativas. Es rápida, con buen rendimiento para trabajo, estudio y entretenimiento. La pantalla es clara y nítida, el teclado cómodo y la batería dura bastante tiempo. Además, su diseño es elegante y ligero, fácil de transportar. Hasta ahora no he tenido problemas y se siente muy resistente. Una compra que definitivamente vale la pena. 💻✨

I purchased on October 6 2025, it crashed in December won’t turn on so I took it to Geek Squad who advised me to return it to sender, however I’ve not gotten a response from sender😤 now I’m Out of almost 300.00🤦🏾‍♀️

Great laptop, my daughter loves it and I use it too sometimes. I love the big clear screen.

Overall it's not a bad computer. At times it will not connect to devices or behave very slowly. When that happens it needs an update from what I experienced
