Worth the money
My son wanted these and for the number of items you get, it is definitely worth it. I did give four stars due to one of the items being a little difficult to figure out, but we did end up getting it. It was a little hard to secure though.

So many options....
When I was a kid there werent to many options for grip strength training. This pack was impressive. Ive had to much fun testing out all the different options and items. Im a sucker for the stress ball and classic grip tools. They are all super effective and I definitely recommend this is your looking on working on your grip strength.

great set
This AOHPFEGR 7 Pack Grip Strength Trainer set is really complete.....there are so many different types of pieces, so I will keep busy using them as I sit in front of the tv in the evenings sitting on the couch.....I do have weak wrists so these should definitely improve them.

Good quality, better suited for strong / healthy people
The items seem to be of comparable quality to the stuff that's at my physical therapist's office. There's a decent variety of equipment. I feel like this is more geared for people with good hand strength. My left hand is currently weak because of some nerve problem, and it's impossible for my left hand to use most of these. (I can sort of squeeze the rubber ring). With my "normal" right hand, I can use the tools, but for my hand that actually really needs some strengthening, the resistance / weight is just too high. So that's my only "complaint". The kit comes with a little pamphlet on how to use the various equipment, but you may need to search for videos to get a better idea on the types of exercises you can do.

Perfect for that trigger finger problem
The media could not be loaded. I got this hand grip exerciser for my arthritis & trigger finger. It has different levels of resistance for hand strengthening so you can start from the lightest resistance and build it up to stronger resistance. Plus, it counts the number of repetitions when you’re doing the exercises correctly, which i think is a good feature.

the quality was very bad
I need that for my finger exercises , the hand stretching training was very bad quality . and the gripmaster ball was very stickies.

Great Assortment of Grip Strength Equipment
Despite the very odd listing headline, "Valentine's Day Decorations"???!!, this assortment of grip strength equipment is great. I have had recent surgery on both hands and my doctor recommended hand strengthening exercises. I was mainly interested in the finger isolation bands which are a little small for my big hands but they still work okay. The hand gripper is a variation of the old school spring grips, this one is adjustable and has a built in counter (it only goes to 99 before rolling over and is a little fussy to reset). There is a silicone "egg" and a donut which again are a little small for me but they are still of use. This kit offers a good assortment of hand grip and stretching options, other than the size issue I'm happy with it.
