Initially impressed but neglectful customer service and no response from company for warranty claim.
Initially I liked this wallet. Did everything it said it would do. Hold cards, be novel, and protect from RFID. I really like the look of puzzlement people give me when I open it and fan it out. I even pretend its my cell phone and hand it people when my pretend caller asks to speak with them. Gets them everytime.Alas.A few months after purchasing the interior dividers started to degrade. After scouring the internet for contact information for them, I finally found [email protected] and sent them an email citing their lifetime warranty and my desire to have my wallet fixed or replaced. The problems: Specifically the sides of the dividers started falling out. This started causing my cards to slide out of my wallet unless I opened it perfectly level (2nd picture).I still have not received a response from them and sent a second email today requesting a followup and also left a message at their phone number 347-815-2795. I have included a picture of the current state of my wallet 2 months later (1st picture). SPOILER ALERT: Its getting worse.I am happy to retract this negative review once the warranty is fulfilled - one of the main reasons I decided to buy this wallet.

A tiny bit of a read, but this should tell you everything you need to know.
For a very quick introduction, I started looking into hard wallets after having snapped countless cards from using leather wallets. I debated between a fully I closed wallet like this, and the more (currently) common elastic strapped two panel cars holder wallets with money clips. I couldn’t decide so I bought one of each, this being the enclosed style. Between the two different styles I prefer this one. I feel like my stuff is more secure being enclosed, but I do have some concerns which I will list in the pro and con list below.Pros:#1: Compact#2: Fully Enclosed#3: Clicks shut with built in latchNot sure if this is a pro or con, so I’ll leave it in the middle. I feel that this wallet is better off being carried in a front pocket.Cons:#1: Nothing larger than a credit card will fit, so forget carrying business cards or those paper cards some places hand out and stamp every time you come in until you earn a free beverage, proof of insurance cards, etc.#2: It can’t hold many bills considering you have to fold them in half twice to fit.#3: you can’t double up cards without extreme difficulty, or stuffing the wallet til it can’t close, so you’re limited to either 6 cards, or MAYBE 4 cards if you plan on carrying three or more cash bills.#4: (This is a two for one).... The company that listed this product stated that the wallet is RFID blocking, yet the they include two RFID blocking card sleeves which leaves me wondering if the wallet itself is actually RFID blocking, or if it’s just the included sleeves that are. Here’s the part 2 to this con... those included sleeves? Yeah, they don’t even fit inside the wallet, so scratch using those anyway.#5: The pre installed card slots inside the wallet feel very cheap and I’m concerned about how long they will last.#6: When latched shut, the top and bottom can slide on one another, catching the side walls on each other. (Will try to demonstrate in one of the included photos)To wrap up:As contradictory as it may seem to the pro and con list, all in all I’m actually (mostly) happy with the wallet. Sure I had to do some “spring cleaning” when it came to the contents I would normally carry in a wallet, however this wallet allows me to still have my contents fully enclosed, and I don’t have to worry about elastic straps wearing out over time like I would have to with the money clip/card holder alternatives. Plus I will no longer have to worry about my cards bending and eventually cracking in half like I have over the last countless years of carrying a standard soft wallet. So if your concerns match mine, then overall I’d recommend this wallet.

Unhappily, a total waste of money
I should have known with the price that this was not going to be what I needed, but some of the reviews were very good. The latch is stubborn (but will loosen up with use, I'm sure), the edges of the case are not quite sharp - but close - and the card slots are very tight, particularly the ones near the top and bottom. Pretty well unusable for me.I guess I'll stick with my old Sharper Image case - even with the paint peeling off. It has lots more room, even though it isn't significantly larger, and is much better made.Sorry that this will cost too much to ship back - a total waste of money.

looks fantastic, takes up half the room a conventional wallet ...
3 month update:- Yes, this protects RFID! I checked at work with my badge.- The accordion card insert is holding up just like new. Of course I’m careful taking things in and out so that probably helps.- The exterior finish...well...it’s in my front pocket. And sometimes I accidentally put keys or my pocket knife in the same pocket. So it’s got some scratches. But that’s my fault.- Fact is, I love this thing! I have what I need, and I’m not sitting on a big overloaded wallet all day. Will buy again! And will never go back to an old school wallet.Original review: Wallet showed up fast thanks to Amazon Prime 2 day shipping! It seems to be made well, looks fantastic, takes up half the room a conventional wallet does, and fits everything I need in a wallet. 2 ID's, 1 CC, a shopping points card, Insurance cards, and a few dollar bills. I've seen reviews that the accordion inserts tend to break over time/use but they seem to be fairly sturdy. Will come back and update my review if I have any issues. Hope this helps!

Cheap Product, But One of the More-Expensive Ones
I understand you get what you pay for, so I decided to pay a bit more for this type of product. It's a slim, simple metal box made of thin sheet metal, and if you decide to put this wallet in your back pocket, it will twist slightly and the edges collapse on one another. This is crap. I had a $9 Columbia Hardcase wallet before(https://www.amazon.com/Columbia-Blocking-Hardcase-Security-Wallet/dp/B01DKN4XIS/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=columbia+hard+wallet&qid=1566067070&s=gateway&sr=8-3)and while the metal shell came unglued from the case after about a year, I figure $9 / year isn't a bad price to pay for a wallet that doesn't collapse after sitting on it... So I just bought a new Columbia wallet to to replace this one.
