These are so good and healthy, I really love these! But I am going to have to slow down on purchasing these, even thought the caffeine is reasonable 180mg, my sensitivity to caffeine keeps me awake long past the 12 hour mark. But these are great early in the moring and if you have a lot of things to do, which is when I drink these. The variety is great, all the flavors are delicious ice cold.
