I never write reviews but this one is definitely worth a 5 star review. Super cheap, and easy to put on, works great too! My curtain rings made so much noise when opening and closing and now they glide so easily and quietly. Very happy with this purchase!

It’s a little bit harder than you would anticipate to apply these tapes to a long curtain rod. The tape wants to curve and droop rather than run straight along the top of the curtain rod. So it takes a bit of patience and finesse - don’t rip off the protective strip all at once, rather strip the protective strip and affix the tape to the rod about 12” at a time. Once applied, the tape works as advertised. Instead of your drape hanging up on curtain rod joints, you can more easily open and close the drapes because they slide right over the joints. It may seem obvious, but apply this tape to the entire rod length, not just over the joints. This tape also reduces the friction noise from metal grommets sliding over metal curtain rods. I guess these tapes will age or wear out eventually, but, in my home, they’re still working fine after 1 month.

Genius is all I can say about this product. I wish I thought of it. I spent years tugging at the curtains to get them over that "lip" of the two rods coming together. Someone told me about this product. I did not have much faith. Well, let me tell ya, it truly works. I never put my reputation on the line without thoroughly loving a product. THIS is that product. I simply tape it on the rod and that's it. The curtain glides over that "lip" of the rod. Total quality and inexpensive enough to buy and even gift to others.

Miracle tape! Made my life so much less frustrating. This tape makes your drapes slide with hooks on them.

The curtain glides very well, as long as you make the tape go end to end on the rod. If you stop it before, the grommets will catch on it, just like they do on the juncture of the rod. Easy to install.

This stuff works great. It was easy to install even without removing the drapes; I just slipped it under the rings before stripping the adhesive. Three sections totaling 25 feet installed in under an hour.I also liked that the very edge of the glide tape did not have adhesive.Again, works great!

Didn't silence my curtains like I thought it would, not very sticky and I don't think they will stay in place as a result. I was really hoping these would work and I'm really disappointed.

if your blinds use rings, these remove that metal grindy sound as it goes across. i appreciate how it makes moving it easier. must buy.
