I bought this primarily to use to remove wallpaper. I asked several times for different products how people used it for this, but never got an answer. So here I am to say: it works beautifully. I used one of the floor pads on the flat head to run it across the wall, then a scraper to take off the paper. A couple of things I learned: Do only small section at a time (maybe 3 feet by 2 feet), and the longer you apply the steam, the easier it all comes off. I did the wallpaper and the backing in about 5 hours (in a long hallway) and then used the machine to wash the remaining glue off the walls. It still took some elbow grease, but a LOT less than using a bucket and sponge! I'm very happy with the product. I have also used it briefly to clean the bathroom tile (amazing) and the shower walls (plastic)--not as impressive, but okay. Cord and hose were long enough that I did not have to unplug and replug it in somewhere else. The tank was adequate that I only had to refill it a few times, and it heats up faster after using it (even though I let it cool down of course before adding more water). A couple of suggestions to the manufacturer (as others have mentioned): It would be nice to know when the tank is full so you don't overflow the water and to have a beep indicating when it is almost empty. As is, it just quits putting out steam abruptly. I recommend this little machine!

I have hated my floor tile for an awhile because of the dark black lines around the tile. It is a rental home. I don’t think anyone cleaned in between the tile since it was built. I have been researching for just the right cleaner for a while. It has made my floor look like new. It also did wonders for my faux leather couches. They look brand new too. Definitely worth every penny. Don’t hesitate just buy it!

This produces nice super hot steam jet using the pointed tool to aim a jet at the toilet or sink to clean and sanitize. However when used with the floor tool, by the time the steam goes down the tube and penetrates the microfiber pad the steam is no more hot than if you cleaned the floor using lukewarm water. A traditional mop and hot soapy water would clean the floor better.

I bought a house that needed some work especially cleaning of the walls and cabinets. This was a time saver ! It cleaned up the wax off a wall where a candle splattered. I used it to deep clean pretty much everything as well.

I love all the different accessories that it comes with, it’s light and easy to move around with. The only down fall to this little machine is you can not see how much water is in it so it makes filling it up a bit complicated to gauge how much water to put in

I love this steamer . I had no idea the ability of steam cleaning. This is easy to use and very versatile with all of the attachments. Amazing what it could do to my shower glass doors. Like new!

Really great for cleaning grouted floor tiles and avoiding the slippery mess left behind by most cleaning solvants.

Works great with long work time. Down side is takes almost 8 mins to heat up but worth the work time
