This cup is lightweight and easy to hold. It does not dent the floors when dropped. It is not 100% leak proof - when dropped it *can* open and spill, but only rarely does. Most times it will drip a few drops out of the straw top from impact. The straw is a slow flow so it doesn’t leak without impact. It holds up well in our bags and we haven’t had any leaking. The cup is all silicone with the exception of the inner straw, which is plastic so for someone seeking 100% plastic free be aware of this. The cup is super easy to clean interior and exterior and the straw is easy to clean with a straw brush.
