I am always on the lookout for protein options that are easy and convenient to incorporate into my day. These were a hungry stomach saver on an impromptu road trip, glad I threw a box in my car "just in case." The texture is a little different but it made it feel almost meal like. It's little diced pieces of fruit, and I mean little, like the nodule on a small lego little. They are thicker but you are getting 12g protein in a small applesauce sized packet. The thickness is more pleasant than I was expecting. I have only had the raspberry passion fruit flavor, this doesn't taste like a cake or a baby food, this is a protein pack and it tastes acceptable with that in mind. It does say no added sugar, but there is still a lot more sugar than I would prefer in it at 5g a packet. Again, in a pinch this is great! As an occasional supplement, also great. As a quick grab and go "snack" it's well worth it.
