I was so impressed with this the first time i took just ONE of them; it really mellowed me out, it felt kind of like a Xanax.It's a bit sedating so best for afternoon or evening. The 2nd and 3rd time it was not as potent.It does seem to reduce sex drive in this 54 year old man which I did not like.So this is something those who don't care about sex drive otherwise you will be disappointed in some aspects. It's certainly more for senior citizens and people with memory and brain issues and sex drive is not a priority. So I won't be taking this often but I would share it with someone in that demographic to try it for brain health, memory, etc.

I was taking the recommended dosage of Bacopa for about 5 days before I realized that my recall was improving. Before taking Bacopa, I was forgetting words that I wanted to speak, just slipped my mind. I would remember the word a day or 2 later. Since taking Bacopa however, I recall the words 5-15 minutes later, sometimes less.I told my adult daughter that these capsules are definitely working. I intend to buy my mother a bottle because I know how frustrating it is to forget what you wanted to say in mid-sentence, lose your train of thought. To have the word on the tip of your and struggle to get it out. It's been a God-send for me and I am sure my mother will respond well to it. I highly recommend it but give it time to work.

I love it. It's a great value for the price. I take it for the cardiovascular benefits but it has many other health benefits!

Great, i love this addition to ny supplements. However, they have silica/silicon dioxide and im not supporting anything longer buying supplements with this nanotechnology so i want you to know and the brand.
