Quality Probiotics
Love Bio Kult. These are a delicious way to take a probiotic. They seem to help me with my hay-fever. I can't say it will help others, but it's still a quality product.

A good alternative to overpriced yogurt drinks. Can be a little sticky in the tub and often have to be pulled apart. The taste is not offensive, it's not dissimilar to a gummy sweet

Gummies stuck together
Gummies were stuck together in one lump and it was very difficult to remove them from the bottle. Very soft and grainy.

Don’t buy this
Maltitol and sorbitol can cause bloating, gas, and diarrhoea due to poor absorption and fermentation. They are best avoided if you have Crohn’s, IBD, or a sensitive gut, especially during flares or if you’re already struggling with pain, nausea, or malabsorption. The fact that these two items are even present in an item marketed for gut health is an absolute disgrace.

Nice flavour orange
Item received in good condition in a nice branded plastic bottle with bright orange branding. Inside are the gummies and they are soft and it has to be said very tasty to eat. They are simple to suck on or chew easily and they are gone quickly. They don't stick all over your teeth and gums and are easy to eat. The orange taste is pretty good and they don't leave any bad aftertaste at all. They claim to have 2 billion live bacteria and good for your digestive system along with immune and provide energy. I have had no side effects nor have I suffered any illness since taking these. Regarding the tiredness, well I am always tired through working hard and having twin daughters who are toddlers. I would like to think these gummies are really helping my body and doing positive things for me. It is always hard to judge these types of things however I do truly believe that at least two of the three things they claim are having a positive effect since taking them.
