Absolutely worth it! The wood color looks great, is very durable and was easy to put up! It also helps muffle the sound through the rest of the Salon when working with loud tools , The sellers were also such a great help and attentive! 5 stars!

Very stylish. Big thing for anyone else who was wondering, what was holding me up was the carrying capacury of drywall, when you're not able to confidently locate wall studs (had a cheap stud finder that sucked). Each panel weights 11 lbs and is 9ft x 1 ft. Ultimately, if you buy more drywall screws for a total of 6 rows + 2 in the top corners like I did, you should be fine installing these even if you're not able to reliably find studs to attach to. That comes out to a bit over a third of a pound per screw on average, which is well within the limits of the carrying capacity of drywall itself even without studs. I recommend 1-1/4 inch #6 black threaded drywall screws, ideally with (obv also black, matching the felt backing) #6 countersink finishing washers but not required. Bought a total of 6 9ft x 1 ft slats, between a set of 4 and a set of 2 which I installed horizontally. Took a few hours to install all 192 screws and (attempt) to line up with studs and all. They come off fancy, but I will say I found some other acoustic dampers that do the job and just have adhesive backing as opposed to these, and were might lighter which I would recommend in terms of ease of install, though these are a bit fancier. Some of the added weight is certainly from the damping effect of the felt, and while I'm not an expert and possibly the wood contributes to the damping, the weight of the wood is certainly noticeable, and I would call the easier, lighter, adhesive attachment version (which I've found in similar style to this, and certainly much easier if you want to cut to shape) to do the job pretty well too. Still, these are great too. Depending on how professional you're trying to me, if you're like me, I attached them to a wall that was just over 9 feet long and didn't bother with cutting down to a smaller length, that would definitely make this a bigger more complicated project if that's your plan, compared again to the adhesive ones that you can trim to fit with a simple box cutter

Looks great as advertised and easy to install though would need to buy additional tools if don't already have them. Used a dremel saw to cut them to size and loctite ultimate adhesive to put on wall. Less than 10 minutes to install after cuts [if needed].

These wall slat panels were definitely better than expected. The color consistency was impressive. It was recommended to use an expensive adhesive and dry wall screws. What I did was use regular liquid nails and held the panels in place by with 1.5 inch finish nails. The next day, I came back and pulled all the nails out and with a toothbrush scuffed up the nail holes and they disappeared. They look great and improved the sound of my audio system. Highly recommended.

I finished a recreation/media room and wanted to bolster the acoustics, since I integrated a surround sound system. I used my table saw to ensure accurate end cuts to fit the 9ft walls; I only had to do a few rips. In most cases the panels butt up well to create a seamless look, but in a couple of places the spacing was slightly off and produced wider gaps. I added a stain to darken the finished look and to minimize the MDF dust created from cuts. The panels are light and easy to handle/position. I used 1-1/4" drywall screws only later to find that they furnished them in the package, so look for those! I am very pleased with this product to produce a nice accent wall and to fulfill my acoustical needs. You can barely hear the system outside of the room.

Honestly I loved all the colors. Very nice quality. It will be hard to chose. I actually plan on doing two different rooms. The black will definitely be one and the teak is very warm looking. Taking them to my cabin this week to see for sure.

Excellent product! The quality is very good and it shipped extremely fast. I got it the next day. I don't give it 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) Even though they are packaged very well. One of the panels had a tiny little hairline crack that bothers me so much. But I am planning on covering it with a picture, so that's "fine" 2) The price is a little steep. But at least I got them at a discounted price of $130 instead of $160 3) I don't like AT ALL the fact that they suggest/recommend mounting them with black shiny screws that are so visible and takes away from the beautifulness of the material and finish. I ended up just putting 2 screws per panel at the very top and one at the very bottom to avoid having too many screws visible. By doing this, the material bows out a little bit in the center but once everything is installed and mounted, you can't really tell. Also, I cut tiny matt black vinyl circles to put on top of each screw's head to at least making them look matt instead of shiny. Other than that, I am happy with the purchase. I bout 7 sets of 2 (14 panels total) and only one had a very small visible defect. Last but not least, they cut very clean with a jig saw using the "clean wood" blade. I had to cut them all to 103". Last but not least! For some reason these panels small so good!!!!

Very Nice! Looks great! *IMPORTANT! - These panels are awesome. I bought over $700 worth of ANOTHER panel from Art3d, thinking they were these panels... but they were NOT the Acoustic Wood Panels, but rather- another wood composite 3d panel. Both look decent, BUT if you're looking to dampen sound, pay close attention, because at a glance the look the same. Art3d has great products (panels), but shipping was a nightmare! (due to the size/length) I had to return my last set of panels, because they were damaged beyond use. Specifically, they were completely broken in half. Also, one box (of the vinyl wood composite panels) was missing the glue, brackets, and screws packet. All that said, these panels are spot on! I am buying four (4) more sets of these Acoustic Wood Panels.
