Gluten-free. Dairy-free. Vegan. Directions: Just add: 1 egg or egg replacer of choice (e. g. 1 mashed banana) 40ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil. 30g (2 tbsp) honey or agave nectar. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Line the baking tray with baking paper and grease with some coconut oil or butter. In a small bowl combine the egg or egg replacer, honey (or agave nectar) and oil. Pour contents of the mix into a large bowl, add wet ingredients and stir until incorporated. Form cookies into desired shape and place on the tray 2-3cm apart. Bake for 15 minutes. Ingredients: Organic gluten-free oats, organic buckwheat flour, desiccated coconut, cornflour, organic coconut sugar, cocoa powder (8%), ground almonds, raising agent (gluten-free sodium bicarbonate), cinnamon.
