Mens baking manual
Loved the idea of this cookbook and bought it for my Dad for Christmas. DO NOT BUY this book. There are so many mistakes in the printing of this book.My Dad decided to make the lemon drizzle cake, first it tells you that it needs eggs but they are not mentioned in the Method, luckily he prepared his ingredients before he started and called us to ask what he was to do with the eggs. The cooking times are also incorrect.This book just sets beginners up to fail before they even begin.This book could be so good if it was accurate

Key steps missing
Very poor - two recipes tried and two failures - they have missed bits out of the step by step instructions so unless you know what you are doing you end up with bits left over that should be in the mix; book has gone out with the recycling what a waste of money.
