DOES NOT HEAT I was so excited to be able to finally order this for my grandchildren. Followed every direction and Trouble Shooted everything. Total waste of money. Video was after it running for 15 minutes.

Updated review:The seller sent a replacement for the non working machine hey sent for xmas. I was a total skeptic, since the first semi-ruined/def ruined part of the Christmas vibe. The new one works. The cotton candy is delicious. It is easy to clean. Cotton candy gets everywhere.No one ever told me how much the cotton candy man works. I got one good sized ball and called it a day. It is fun and rewarding but exhausting work. Give all cotton candy men/women a raise.Original review:I ordered this so that my family could start a new tradition of Christmas cotton candy. The machine doesn't heat at all. this is a huge waste of my time and money, not to mention, a major disappointment for the kids. To be honest it is disappointing for me as well.I am unhappy as heck. I spent over an hour of Christmas time talking to amazon support. The seller says 24/7 support on the page but no one can find contact info, not even amazon.

Burns sugar and does not turn to cotton candy. Very disappointed.
