Okay! This thing was not our first choice but we are glad we got it! The device uses SmartLife or Tuya as the integration app. The application found the feeder right away. Once in application it allows you to set the feed intervals schedule day-to-day. You can set the portions 1,2,3,4 all the way up to 12 and for the fattier pups you to slow feed the pet. It will dispense each portion at a time. The application notifies you that feeding was successfully started and th best part is you can watch them, talk to them and even give them a little extra as a treat. The container held enough food for a week feeding 3 portions per bowl (2 bowls) for 3 small dogs. I mounted the feeder to the provided wall bracket to hold the feeder steady and prevent it from being knocked over. For those times that power is out, it has backup battery to keep the pups fed. Great for most pets that eat small kibble, super easy to setup, great quality. My dogs love it.

This is my 2nd automatic feeder to try and I like it, the cats like it, it's working "well enough" (still testing all that out), so we're keeping it. The other one I sent back due to configuring issues but the configuring on this one works through the app on my phone so it is a little more dependable. It's very easy to put together and load the food, then close and lock the top. The app is a little more 'work' to get it configured to feed, but very intuitive so it only took a few minutes to get it all up and running. Since my cats were always fed separately because one of them is a thief, I had to move them closer together with their food bowls, switching from their former containers to the bowls that came with the feeder. Once they got the hang of that, I would feed them manually for a couple of days so eating at the feeder wouldn't traumatize them. Hey, they're cats. The only issue I've run into is that it's missed about 3 feedings in the 2 weeks I've had it programmed. On those occasions, when it's time to feed the feeder makes a sound but no food comes out so I have to either hit the manual button on the feeder or within the app and it'll release the food. Since that happened early on but hasn't since, I'm guessing it just had to settle into a regular function of releasing the food every time and/or it requires that there is more than enough food in the container to weigh down the food so that it is released. If it continues to work each and every time it's scheduled to release the food, I'll update my review with another star. Otherwise, the portions are perfect for my cats, the food capacity of the container is excellent and can feed them quite a long time without reloading, and everyone seems pretty happy with the feeder now.

Worked great until it didn’t! Won’t connect to WiFi and camera not working after less than 1 year and only used about 6 times. Tried reaching customer service with no luck. UPDATE!!! Customer service is great!! They worked with me and tried to get it working. It still didn’t work so they sent me a new one!! Highly recommend!!

We switched from a gravity bowl to this automatic feeder, and it has been an excellent upgrade. I love that it gives you two options: you can dispense food manually or schedule feedings directly from your phone using the app. One of my favorite features is that you can control the portion size for each feeding. This makes it much easier to manage how much my pets eat and keep a consistent routine. Being able to set specific feeding times has also helped me better plan our daily schedule and outings, knowing exactly when they’ve eaten. The food stays sealed and protected, which is a huge plus. It’s no longer exposed to other animals, air, or moisture, so it stays fresh and clean. The feeder is also large in size, so it holds plenty of food and doesn’t need constant refilling. Overall, this automatic feeder is very convenient, easy to use, and perfect for anyone who wants more control over their pet’s feeding schedule. I highly recommend it.

This is the best thing ever. I can’t believe I haven’t owned one my whole life. I have an overweight cat who can’t control hi eating so this tie them the right mount spread out through the day. If I’m out of town for the weekend I can see them and know they are getting their food and are ok. Works perfectly.

So far we like this a lot. I love that it has a battery backup in case the power goes out. I have one cat who will gorge herself on food and then immediately throw up so this helps portion her food throughout the day ensuring she doesn’t throw up every day. It was easy to assemble, I did it alone in less than 10 minutes. I also like the two bowls because when we first adopted our cats our girl wasn’t a fan of our boy so it kept them far enough away that they could both eat but close enough that they could smell each other which I think helped them bond. Overall it’s been sturdy, reliable and even though it’s on carpet the cats have not knocked it over.

Happy with this purchase. I feed my cats several times a day and they have both learned which side is theirs. :) I like that the bowls are on opposite sides so they can both eat in peace. Some other models have them side by side. This wouldn't be an issue with my bonded brothers, but some cats might not like it. Dispenses just the right amount set on 1 serving. BUT... 95% of the time it dispenses, but there are occasions where it will beep like it is dispensing then not dispense food. It is easy enough to just feed with the button or app but it is just unreliable enough that if you are going out of town it could be a problem. If I'm going anywhere I make sure I have a indoor camera towards the feeder so I can make sure it actually feeds. This might be a problem with other models too, but something to be aware of. It's not bad enough that I regret the purchase, but wanted others to be aware. App is easy to connect and set up.

Funciona bien cada porción es de 5grs pero he estado haciendo prueba y para vaciar 50grs tuve que poner 13 porciones.... una vez visto y comprobado las dosis he podido programar y estoy muy contenta
