I took one sachet the first day then two the next day followed by 2 the third day worked a treat ,pleasant taste easy to swallow , but remember to drink lots of water . Much better than any tablets

Great for adding extra fibre to your diet. Its easy to use just dissolve the powder into a tumbler full of water. Stir and enjoy. This helps aid digestion and offers relief from constipation. Just drink quickly after mixing as it can set like jelly. Has a pleasant orange taste

Arrived quickly but the box was very bashed and open so sachets were everywhere, did count them and did receive the correct amount. Just poor packaging. Effectiveness not so great 3 sachets in 1 glass and nothing was moving. So not sure they are the best if your struggling to go etc. Easy to mix and taste is actually quite nice.

Speedy and efficient service.

Product is excellent for its health benefits but the taste is very strong and I found it very unpleasant. That’s personal choice of course, and I have to add it to lemonade as with water it’s completely unpalatable and one mouthful makes me gag. I will persevere with one a day if I can.
