I purchased this phone because it was good value , easy to use and good low cost autto pay plans. As second phone its small easy to carry and I use it for my safety while riding my horse or walking with my pack animals. Great small phone tto have on u for any emergency instead of a big heavier phone

Lightweight, cheap, basic flip phone, with huge buttons for the blind, great battery life. Takes less time to charge than an iPhone and can last 4x longer. Loud speakers for the deaf.

Worked great for exactly 3 months then it died and will not recharge or turn on. Tracfone is sending me a new one because it has a one year warranty. I didn't know this and had already gone through 2 of this exact phone not knowing it had a warranty, only thinking about Amazon 30 day returns. Based on the fact that they last about 3 months I would not buy again. It is only used by mother who is in a nursing phone, it just literally sits on her dresser plugged in, she makes a few phone calls a week. Junky.

I got this phone for my 8 year old. I don’t think he’s old enough to have access to the internet yet, so this phone is perfect. It’s durable, very easy to use, and comes with parental controls. I was disappointed that the phone came with YouTube, but parental controls keeps him from being able to access it. I can’t recommend this enough as the perfect option for children if you need to be able to reach them but don’t want them to have access to a smart phone.

Ok flip phone, wish it was a bit cheaper. Ive owned three so far and some have software issues, freeze ups,connection issues, but overall ok. If your a text person get this one NOT the TCL 3, as the RCL3 is difficult to type as it adds an extra step.

I was a bit nervous about purchasing this phone because of some of the reviews I saw regarding calls dropping and the sound not being clear, but the phone was only 30 bucks, so if it was a dud, I'd just return it. I've had this phone for a little over 3 months, and it's working as it should. I'm seriously considering making it my main phone and pretending I'm back in 2003.

I am not an I-phone person, do not own one, never did, never will, This type however is a necessity when on the road- good battery life, surpeisingly lasts many days left on - easy to read screen, basic but perfect for my needs.

Got this phone in Feb 2026. It was a good phone at first. But each time my payment would come out every month, with my unlimited plan, it would still say every time that we had insufficient funds to call or text. I contacted TCL over and over and they kept claiming it was fixed and we wouldn’t have issues anymore, but we still did. But now it won’t even turn on anymore. This was a basic phone for my kid, and how he can’t even use it because it doesn’t work at all anymore. I do not recommend!
