They were incredibly easy to set up, and they connected to my phone without any issues. I tested them by placing on a damp cloth, and the notifications popped up on my phone almost instantly. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I'll get an alert if there is a leak under the sink or near the washing machine. For the £39 price, I got 3 sensors.
