Bought this for my partners birthday; to use for gaming but also as a workstation should she need to. Initially I was impressed this item arrived in good condition, no external issues were apparent. HDMI and power cable for the PC and the monitor were included and the peripherals looked good. On first start; the whole system powered on and off a few times; posibly my first sign all was not well, but it did then start up. I was able to do some inital setting up, and on a later occasion, we installed steam for gaming; it was a little glitchy but with a few settings tweaks and a video driver update, things seemed good to go...and things went well for about an hour before the whole system froze up, no cursor movement, no responde to trying to open up task manager; total freeze. On a forced reset, then monitor then did not detect any source; suggesting the videocard was dead. Tried a spare monitor I had as well; no joy. Definately the rig itself. I suspect a fault in either the motherboard or the video card is to blame; should not have been an issue, even for a refurb. I phoned the company (ASC/ a seocnd chance) the person on the phone seemed hesitant when i asked if i was even through to that company; but eventually realised who she worked for (a bit dodgy) she then said they were closing so it would have to be sorted tomorrow; it was half past 4 in the afternoon; so wihtin normal working hours to at least try to pass on a mesage. She told me someone would contact me the next day; they did not. Rubbish customer service. Save your time; hopefully amazon will salvage the situation; they arranged a return the very next day; collection done, refund pending, but this company dont seem to be much good; I should have paid more attention to the reviews but was seduced by the price and the apparent value for money for the parts included. This was never going to be a top notch system, but it should have worked for a good few years, not a few hours! Buyers beware. I dont expect the company to try to defend itself; but would update if they bothered to even try to apologise and compensate this waste of time and overdose of disappointment.

Order a computer bundle for my son for Christmas the screen was cracked and thair was no signal from the monitor to the pc the graphics card was not right. So I order anouther 1 so my son dident have to wait 3 week and this was the same it had no signal. So I sent them Boath back and now have order anouther gaming pc bundle from elsewhere. So now I have folded out on 3 computers just to make it right for my boy for Christmas now I got to wait 3 week for my refund absolutely not happy irlts a joke. Plus the second computer looked like it had been used before

Initially easy to set up. Ideal for beginners to PC and gaming Crashed a couple of times Little bit slow Otherwise seems to working for son new to PC

Absolute rubbish, bought this for a birthday present, and it did not work at all. Just a blue crash screen. Had to return it and wait nearly 2 weeks for a refund, so I could buy a diffrent one, that actually worked!

Computer doesn’t work contacted support to be told they will send something out to fix and received nothing have a distraught child with no Christmas present now. Disappointed

10 weeks old and it's now not fully functioning

Keeps crashing and freezing all the time every 10 mins it's driving me crazy

Please do not buy this product. Really bad pc was turning off and on by itself. And was able to load anything. Supposed to be a gaming fast pc but it’s like a pc from the 1990s and now behave to wait for refund for weeks.
