Great chair
HON really is the best value in task chairs and stools. This was an ideal product for a counter-height desk. Excellent padding in the seat and chairback. Pneumatics are strong too. Best of all, I ordered an open box one at a steep discount and it was exactly as Amazon described it (excellent condition). I wouldn't have known that it was previously sold and returned if they hadn't said so.

Dis-armed chair
Good:The chair was easy to assemble, boxed well and looks nice.Feels like nice high end faux leather if there is such a thing. Will be easier to clean than just fabric. The seat cushion is firm but nice. The seat seems deeper but a slight bit narrower than standard. More so with out arms. (Didn't want arms as I sometimes play guitar as a pause from work.) The tilt is nice... but the syncro tile is a sales pitch to say the seat and back are connected...Not so good:EDIT: Had a few months and the seat faux leather has no breathability to it. So the tail end gets a little stale after sitting for a few hours... especially when it is warmer in the house. Well maybe I should get off it now and then and take a stroll. The tilt tension knob is the only thing that feels cheep. In a firm grip to ease the tension it deformed. It regained shape after the adjustment, but feels cheep.Put my high end rollers off the old chair onto this so I don't damage the wood floor. Pitched the standard plastic wheels... seems wasteful but so is ruining a nice wood floor.

Best chair ever!
This chair was easy to put together, easily adjustable and VERY comfortable. I removed the roller wheels as I am using the chair on a hardwood floor. Standard replacement casters (available on Amazon) fit perfectly and snapped right in. Great for a home office. Highly recommended.

Great, comfortable well-made chair
I'm writing this review because I read hundreds searching for the right chair for working from home. I returned a few to Staples before I found this one. Chairs are very personal in that everyone is different, but I want to let you know how happy I am with this chair. It's very well built and very comfortable. The cushions are solid and comfortable...not cheap and flimsy like some chairs I tried. There is a nice amount of lumbar support which I really like too. I do NOT sit for hours in this chair. I have a standing desk, but wanted to alternate between sitting and standing during my day. So I wanted a chair that didn't take up a lot of room. I also didn't want arms. When I'm working sitting down, my hands/arms are resting at 90 degrees, on my keyboard/desk anyway. I also play guitar, so didn't want arms in the way when I want to take a break! You're able to easily adjust this chair up so its easy to lean back if you want that, plus, it lifts to a decent height (I'm 5'10", and don't need the full extension to have my legs/knees at 90 degrees). After a long search for a solid chair, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Not a great value
Second chair - unfortunately this one doesn't hold, sinking a four inches within ten minutes. Pad didn't last as long this time either. Don't buy unless you're extremely light.
