Using this really helps and it can be used for many other exercises besides sit-ups.

Easy to use and good quality i just need to start using to. Easy to put away good size to fit under bed.

I like that it can be out of site and a jiffy and works great.

For the value, it's easy to use and set up, lightweight, but not comfortable for long-term use. I just couldn't feel comfortable resting my back on the padded handles, and the resistance doesn't give me the "umph" I need when working out. Effectiveness is minimal when using this. I would recommend this if you can't afford the higher brands.

I like this alot. It's helps doing sit-ups. Great buy.
