I swear by CLA! I have been taking cla for a good few months now and I have to sing its praises, I have never found cutting so easy, the fat is stripping off me quicker than it has before and I'm using my usual training program. I will stress that I very much doubt the pills will work just on their own, you must combine them with training but they 100% have a positive impact and I will be buying many more as the price at British supplements is fantastic.

It’s a strange company that attacks major competitors without much credible substance. I’ve bought some products from British-Supplements but feel it’s maybe too early to trust them with anything critical. Not all ‘fillers’ are nasty: some assist digestion and absorption. As far as much vaunted purity is concerned, this goes to independent certification both of suppliers of raw ingredients and the manufacturers. British-supupplements claims to have sone but doesn’t produce them (I requested them several times). Some products by some competitors have have had and produced such certificates of purity, or have been verified by independent labs such as ConsumerLab and Labdoor. British-Supplements products do arrive promptly in very nice eco-looking packets but to be honest, we so far have nothing but their word and their bluster that the contents are ‘purer’ than those made by established firms.
