I bought this for my 7 y/o nephew and he LOVES IT!!! He loves setting up cans to shoot. It does seem powerful so we have a strict no pointing it in any direction there are people, no exceptions! The glow in the dark gun is brighter than expected and the lights when he shoots makes it that much more exciting. I highly recommend wearing glasses or goggles to prevent any of the gel bead pieces from getting into eyes. There tends to be a lot of pieces that ricochet, especially when continuously shooting by holding down the trigger.Highly recommend this for responsible kids that want an orbeez gun but don't want to spend a lot for a good powerful gun.The only thing that's a small pain is the gravity feed, making sure there no water before putting on the container. There are also times when they get stuck but shaking it a bit is enough to get it going again..

The gun was the perfect Christmas gift for my two boys! They’ve been using them nonstop since they got them. Right away, they charged the batteries and soaked the orbeez to expand. They’ve had a blast running around with friends and playing together. I can vouch that they don’t hurt when you get hit, which is a big plus! We’ve just reminded them not to aim for the face. Overall, a fantastic and fun toy!

The charging mechanism is on a very flimsy piece of plastic that almost has to be manhandled to fit into the charger. There are several pins that need to go into slots, but the pins are flexible and cheap. We thought we had it in correctly, and we’re super careful not to overcharge it as the instructions say that this will ruin the battery, so I don’t believe this was user error. It never did charge. It won’t fire, even on the single shot setting, so I have a disappointed kid and this was a birthday gift. It’s also super hard to load the Orbies into the clip. Super bummed that we waited so long to try it, as it’s too late to return and wasn’t cheap. It looks really nice too, I think it’s just cheap electronic components that are killing this thing.

Sorry for delay on this comments. This product was a Christmas present for my boy. It's a wonderful toy. however it got fail 1 week after Christmas, it just stopping working. I changed batteries without success. I received an email from the seller asking for the quality of the product and offering support in case of any fail. I lost that email, that it's because I'm contacting through amazon. Thank your for your help.

I wanted to update my review since getting my replacement gun. The first one must have been a default in the item but now that I got my second one thanks to the outstanding Customer Service I received the gun has performed like it should my son loves it and it shoots out plenty of Gel blasters at once.

This is the birthday present I bought for my 10-year-old son. After trying it out, he really likes it. Assembling the toy gun takes some time, but it is not too complicated. The toy gun has two modes: semi-automatic and automatic, and it is recommended to use the automatic mode directly. It comes with two magazines of different capacities, and the larger magazine is easier to load (note that only 1/3 of the space in the larger magazine is available). The range of the toy gun is approximately between 5 to 10 meters. It can be a bit painful if you get hit on the palm at close range, so be sure to wear protective goggles when playing with it. The included target and goggles are also quite practical. It is a relatively cheap and cost-effective toy.

Update: The company reached out and replaced the gun for free. I didn’t reach because I just figured it was another cheap product from Amazon. Great customer service and the boys are enjoying the new gun.Original post: Our son got this for Christmas. The first time he plays with it, he accidentally dropped it from 2 feet and the back snapped off. This is not good quality. He didn’t even have the opportunity to shoot it. We have a lot of nerf and play guns, this is the worst quality we’ve seen.
