I've had 6 different IEM's and these, by far, have the worst sound quality. I'm a working musician and I was looking for a solid backup to my Basn MT Pro's. If you need bass, the KZ's have NONE. Not sure who would benefit from them, good luck!

I am not a musician/performer, just a casual music listener. But I sometimes like to experience the sound of monitor headphones.The build quality of these in-ear headphones looks good. The fit is good, being very secure while also blocking out ambient noise a bit.The main question for potential buyers like me is whether or not you like a flat equalization curve. If you are listening in a quiet place, it does make the sound of every voice and instrument 'pop' - it's the opposite of a muddy sound. These headphones give that experience. But for noisy environments, where you may want or need to crank up the high or low frequencies, they're not suitable at all. And although it's not really the purpose of monitor headphones to do this, it would have been nice to design in some way to customize the equalization curve a bit if necessary.Overall, I'm pleased with these headphones. You should be, too, if you want a flat equalization curve with in-ear fit vs bulky over-the-ear headphones.
