This is said to be a pretty solid lock for low to medium risk situations.The lock itself isn't large but that's OK for me.It can hold on you pants, but it's still heavy and may take you pants down :)Nice to get a small cable just to discourage someone to take your front wheel just for fun.

If a thief can break into this lock, they deserve the spoils.

Sehr gelungenes solides Schloss, das trotz seiner kompakten Größe vollkommen ausreicht um das Fahrrad an Fahrradständern und Straßenschildseulen festzumachen. Die Gürtelhalterung erwies sich auch als sehr praktisch, besonders im Sommer wenn man keinen Rucksack dabei hat. Mit dem Zusatzkabel muss man bisschen aufpassen, da die dafür vorgesehene Halterung an dem Schloss nicht richtig hält. Ich habe einfach die Kabelschlaufen auf den U-Bügel drausgezogen. Dann hält es.

Good sturdy lock D lock with cable that is only for your saddle. Real design flaw with the holder for the cable. When the lock is carried clipped in back pocket or waste band the cable holder falls off. Lost the cable and had to go back a mile to find it¡¡The picture showing it clipped to the back pocket should be changed. If you pass the D lock through the cable eyelets on the ends then clip it in place with the cable holder you don't risk the cable falling off with the cable holder and getting lost.Considering this back pocket mode of carrying is a big USP your have thought Hiploq would have sorted this. Shame, otherwise a good product but this design flaw is simply not acceptable.

Either I'm colourblind or the stock photos are photoshop badly! Despite the label stating "GY", the locks received do not look grey at all - they are black in colour!

Very nice lock, but the cable is not more than 1 meter and the clip that holds it is not stable.
