BEYEAH HTC U12 Plus Screen Protector, Full Coverage Tempered Glass Screen Protector for HTC U12 Plus with [2.5D Round Edge] [9H Hardness] [Crystal Clear] [Scratch Resist] (Black)

Following the purchase of a screen protector from a different manufacturer, which was too narrow to fit the screen and did not match the advertised product, I turned to BeYeah.I've used their products before on my HTC U11, and they applied easily, stayed firmly in place and were very resistant towards scratches from keys and other glass-damaging objects. To my surprise, it even held its own against drops - only cracking when I applied too much pressure to the edge with a metal door handle. A second purchase of the protector followed.This screen protector is no different. I was able to apply it easily the first time and without bubbles, and it is resistant towards outside factors. It fits the screen well, with cut outs in the right places, and does not obstructing the screen whatsoever. I would happily recommend this to a fellow user of the U12+.

This is described as 2.5D which to means it hugs the glass bevel, rather like a case for the front of your phone. Further, and I quote from the product page: "1. Specially designed for HTC U12 Plus. Please note: The glass protection covers the beveled area of the HTC U12 Plus, therefore protecting the screen in its entirety.". This is simply not true. What I got was a completely flat piece of glass that only covers the flat surface. Further, when removing the backing plastic from the glass it turned the glass into some sort of dust magnet and it attracted every particle and cat hair in the vicinity, which cannot be removed from the adhesive.

Great. Fits without bubles or rainbows. Looks great, but I have just noticed that it is covering between 1 and 2 lines of pixels on the one side. I am able to pear underneath the black edge and see that which straight on is covered. Now to find a clear version that doesn't require pixel perfect fitting.

Good screen protector overall, one star less for left and right black borders cutting off a mm total of the screen between either side (slightly thinner borders would help). Other than that the cutouts are in the correct places and putting it on was easy, even stuck with no air bubbles after reapplying twice.
