So beautiful
I absolutely love my chandelier! I can't stop looking at it!!!! Mind you I've had it in a box since 2020 and my handy man did take about an hour in a half to assemble due to hanging all the crystals. So happy!!

Gorgeous!
The chandelier is absolutely gorgeous! I haven't been able to hang it yet since an electrician will need to add a junction box.

Beautiful chandelier!
I purchased this chandelier for our dining room. I am super impressed with this product! Despite other reviews, the included instructions were fine. This thing looks AMAZING! Everything is glass/crystal (including the arms) or metal (including the "candles").It took me about 30 mins to assemble the main portion of the chandelier which consists of the "shaft" and a few "bowls" and the arms. No problem running the wire through the shaft. As far as the complaints about the wires not being different colors, on side of the wire pair is flat and the other side is rounded. I just made sure I matched them up. You will need to strip extra end off the wires, though. There is a chrome bowl that will hide the connections between the main pair and the arm pairs. Since you're going to be twisting together 7 wires twice (one set for hot and one set for neutral) and wrapping w/ electrical tape, it isn't going to look pretty until you put on the chrome bowl, but there is plenty of room in there to fit your two big electrical tape-wire messes.Once the arms were on, I went ahead and hung it. I also had a plastic can in the ceiling from my previous chandelier, but it was the kind with the threaded hollow screw through a bracket that the previous fixture screwed onto (this one has a round plate w/ a hook on it). I just unscewed the bracket, removed the screw, and put the hook through the hole then re-mounted the bracket... Worked fine.Like everyone else, I did the rest of the assembly (installing bulbs, hanging crystals, candle "bowls", metal "candle" socket covers, etc.) after it was hung which took about 30 mins. Hardest part of the whole process was holding the chandelier in the air while trying to put up the ceiling medallion I purchased seperately (I just used the canopy to hold up the medallion. Unless you're planning on cussing a lot and taking a lot of breaks because your arms are tired, glue up your medallion first. Don't do what I did). I used 40W-equivalent LED bulbs and it's plenty bright. It'll take up to 60W bulbs, though. This chandelier looks like it cost WAY more money than it actually did, so if you need a larger chandelier (this 6 arm one is 28"x28"), don't cheap out to save 10 or 20 bucks like I almost did. All of these value-priced chandeliers are made in China anyway, but Saint Mossi seems to have taken the guesswork out and picked solid products, their QC department inspects them prior to boxing, and the instructions are in English. Since I was buying something sight unseen, it was worth the extra few bucks to make sure that there was actually a company to stand behind this product.EDIT: One more thing... The canopy for this is 4.33 inches wide. I bought an Ekena medallion with a 3.5" inner diameter hole and it worked great (you want the canopy to be a little bigger than the center hole). My medallion was also 1.5" thick. You won't be able to go with one any thicker unless you get a longer "rod" (the one going through the canopy that also goes on the hook you'll be attaching to your ceiling box). TIP: The rod you put onto the hook at the top has pieces on both ends (hook end and chain end) that unscrew quite a ways before coming off. If you have the courage like I did, you can unscrew both of those pieces to lengthen the rod without taking them all the way off to give you room when hanging. Afterwards, you can spin the chandelier to screw the pieces all the way back on shortening the rod. Just be careful screwing the chandelier back in so that you don't twist the wire too bad (if I had to do it over again, I would have twisted up the wire in the opposite direction a bit so that it would've untwisted as I spun the chandelier).

Beautiful!
It’s beautiful and the instructions are clear…look at the color photo of the chandelier to see how to string. Twisting the wires together and putting them in those little orange caps is not easy. It really takes two people to install..one to do the electrical and a helper to hold the light. Buy bulbs (5E12, max 40W per bulb. You can use LED) because they don’t come with it. Pay attention how the clear-coated wires go up the chain. All that said, It is a beautiful product and I am very satisfied.

Watch the video before you start!!!
Watch the video before starting to install!!!!!! The instructions included are okay for the installation part but the assembly of all the crystals section of the instructions is absolutely worthless. It's literally just a black and white picture of the light with a couple arrows. And keep in mind that none of the crystals are attached. You have to assemble them. It would have been helpful to know that it's easier to put some of them on beforehand. The tiny loops that you have to pry open (like a keychain ring but flimsier) have to be hooked on an eyelet that's has about a millimeter size opening. And several places have more than one that needs to hang from the same eyelet. It ended up taking me about 2 hours just to attach all the crystals which doesn't include the 20 minutes to just take them all out of their individual ziplock bags. I have 4 fingernails that are bleeding from underneath from prying the loops open. I realize that the price is reflective of the light not being assembled but just beware of how difficult it is. Also if you need reading glasses you will certainly need them to see the little eyelets. One last thing to mention is that there's 5 places where 3 loops need to attach in a single eyelet. It matters what order they go in. The single crystal has to be attached between the ones that go off to the sides of else it doesn't hang right. But I will say once it's done it is a beautiful fixture. I would have given it 5 stars if even a little bit of it was preassembled. Good luck and definitely watch the video!
