I had been using Elgi Ultra wet grinder for past 10 years. After my previous one stopped working, I ordered one via Amazon. This is the first time I bought this product via amazon. The product didn't seem like the original quality. The product has a very cheap part holding the drum and the grinding stones which came broken. The atta kneader seems to be used or with stains on it. Even though the warranty was listed as 5 years, I got the warranty card only for 1 year. Would never buy again from the same supplier.

Very disappointed.. lost more then 500 cad,I never used 3 times motor burned,no customer care,no response, totally waste of money

What I like about this grinder is its mechanism in using real stones to grind soaked rice and other applicable soaked grains somewhat can reduce heat generated. The idea is good if it can accomplish the task of grinding.What I dislike about it is its quality to get the job done. Except for the container, almost every other part is made of plastic, even the part of a critical function is to lock the container in the RIGHT place so the task of grinding can be smoothly accomplished also made of plastic, reminding me of the kid toys "made in china."Too heavy to handle or move around, work very slow and completely discouraged whenever the "lock" cannot lock the container in the right place so the stones can grind. I must stop, clean and restart all over again. (see attached photos: 2nd photo is in correct and REQUIRED position (look at the printed image on the machine); 1st one is "out of place" position which then resulting the unlocked handle and machine will make terrible sounds and you must turn off the machine at once to prevent it from damage. Believe it or not, I had to stop and restart plus clean up the container/stones more than TWENTY TIMES in ONE BATCH!This product simply doesn't work for me. Returned and go back to my Vitamix. Don't recommend to anyone who only needs to grind soaked rice/other grains or soy beans.
