good product, realy sensetive to scalp and hair, leaves your hair soft and with a good smell, not like other products. I had no burning scalp. It was easy to use. Only negative: other needed items are not listed in the ad, which you will need in order to relax your hair in the right way, so dont forget to buy also Preservo Strengthening Serum,Sustenance Fortifying Treatment and normalizing Shampoo and I also bought Avlon Affirm 5 in 1 Reconstructor, as a conditioner. All in all a very good product!

Affirm Relaxer is a quality product and I have stuck with it for several years. I really liked this mix it yourself version until I decided to buy a large tub of of this same relaxer premixed (resistant). There's no going back for me.

My hairdresser has been using Mizani Sensitive for several years but the kit is no longer available. She suggested the Affirm and have been happy with the result. My hair is quite fine from a illness and hangs below my shoulders but first application has gone well. No burning to scalp.

"TOO BAD..some of the items this seller sent was the wrong item, so I contacted them asked to be sent the correct one. The seller demanded I return the whole order despite telling them I wanted to keep the rest of the items. They said they will refund order & shipping cost. Following numerous amounts of emails they refunded the cost of the order but NOT the shipping cost as promised. Never again!!!"
