What is the magnesium dosage for different ages?

Apply 1/2 tsp (~60mg) for toddlers (1-3 yrs) and 1 full tsp (~125mg) for kids (4+ yrs). Delivers a potent dose of Magnesium Chloride to support restful sleep and calm nerves.

Is this cream truly unscented and fragrance-free?

Yes. Our formula is 100% free from essential oils and synthetic perfumes. Perfect for infants and children with sensory sensitivities or allergies.

Can I use it for my child's "growing pains"?

Absolutely. Our magnesium cream is ideal for growing pains relief for children. It helps relax restless muscles and soothes leg cramps after a long day of play and activity.

Is it safe for babies with sensitive skin?

Yes, it is pediatrician-friendly and free from 8 major allergens. With Calendula and Aloe, it nourishes delicate skin, but we recommend a 24h patch test before first use.

How soon can we expect to see results?

While many see results fast, we recommend daily use for 30 days. This helps effectively replenish magnesium levels to promote consistent relaxation and a better bedtime routine.
