Update: This product deserves the 5 stars. I began using this in late March 2026. It is now mid-late June 2026 and I can confidently say that this is giving me the benefits of retinal without any of the side effects I normally experience. My skin is clearer, brighter, softer, and just looks very healthy. Results are subtle and gradual over time. I can confidently say that this product works and I don’t know what kind of Hoodoo they put in here to make it so gentle but has not caused a single blemish, no rosacea flares while using this, and my skin looks and feels great. I’m an Aveda grad, I know quality skin care and you absolutely don’t have to pay enormous amounts of money. OTC retinol products are mostly all within the same range of strengths (either mild or moderate). There’s simply no reason to spend $100 on a serum when you can purchase a lower cost serum that offers the same results. One note here about retinol vs retinal(this product contains retinal vs retinol: retinal is a form of retinol that is biologically closer to retinoic acid. Retinoic acid is the only form your skin can use and OTC products require your skin to do the conversion. Some of the strength is lost during this conversion process. Retinoic acid is not available as a OTC product. It requires a prescription because it is much stronger. Basically retinol needs 2 conversions in your skin to create retinoic acid. Like this: 2 steps: retinol → retinal → retinoic acid. Retinal is 11 times closer to retinoic acid than retinol. It is usually more irritating than retinol because it’s stronger. This is simply not the case with this particular product. This is gentle and works faster than retinol. This is a quality product at an extremely reasonable cost. I’ve been using it since late March and I’m still not up for a refill and already seeing results. This is a keeper for sure. Original review: I have not been using this for long so I will be updating this review after 6 months. As of right now, this is one of the ONLY retinol based products that does not trigger my rosacea. I use it with heavy moisturizers. I was previously using ROC serum stick which triggered my rosacea just using it twice a week. When paired with a good moisturizer this does not disrupt my skin barrier. This is extremely important because I’m not going to keep using anything that triggers acne like pustules on my face. I’d rather deal with wrinkles and signs of aging. I will update my review once I have either seen results or not seen results but I thought it was important to let others know that with proper skincare I am able to use this product even though I have very sensitive skin. I could not find information like this when I was considering purchasing the product. I’d also like to mention that the amount of product here is large. You could definitely use this on other areas aside from the face and not break the bank. None of this matters, of course, unless the product works. I can’t comment on that just yet but I will update my review after 3-6 months of usage.

Go buy this me olive oily skin large pores and 65 this works I have tried everything it does not itch it it’s lightweight, calming my skin has never looked better . I’m outdoors a lot I use 2 twice a day on face chest and neck and my skin has improved almost immediately skin is left soft and not irritated lol ne pie and sun damage reduced 50% about 2 thirds of the bottle in .i will use this holy grail forever

Honestly, I love this serum. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks on my sun damaged dry skin, and I can already tell a difference in the hydration and smoothness (texture). I love the results so much I’ve decided to use it on my face. I had been using on my arms, hands, legs and chest only. No dryness, tightness or peeling of skin. It’s just soft and smooth, and some of my sun damage spots actually look lighter. This may be a miracle in a bottle.

I have only used this product for about 5days, This is soft smooth go on, not greasy at all. I really like how it feels on my skin so far. To really give this a fair shot I think I need to use it a little bit longer to see if it changes my fine lines and tightens my skin. I haven’t really seen any change yet. I believe I’m going to write a review for this again in about 2 to 4 weeks.

I give this a 5 star because it actually reduces brown spots on your face. I am only using it at night followed by a moisturizer and a very noticeable reduction in my spots. I have always had freckles but in getting older I am also getting large dark spots on my temple area and cheeks. I have sensitive skin and retinol is too strong for my skin. A good value for the cost and it does-work!!

Have been using Meditherapy Rentinal Skin Booster Serum from about 8 weeks, and so far it is surprising. I have very sensitive skin and this product does not irritate even when applied straight after washing, and I use it twice each day. Skin feels soft, not dry, and raised plaques that I had for years, one deep on my cheek and two on my chest, actually lifted and peeled off! How is that possible? Never had that with Tretinoin or anything else, just kept getting worse! While there is a little shadow where they were at least my skin is smooth and without dry patches and that is a win! I don't know if over time my age discolorations will fade - that would be nice - but even if not I truly recommend this product. Perfect consistency, glides on/pats in easily, absorbs quickly, fragrance-free and improves skin texture all at a very reasonable price... a winner all around!

Personally haven’t seen any crazy changes like they show in social media and I’m almost done with the bottle. That said, I did see a bit brighter and smoother skin. I also like the texture and application of the product. The best thing though is that I had no purging or irritation. I’m excited to try a stronger retinal or a low dose retinoid next.

I am age 63. I bought this product, hoping that my son spots age spots would start to get lighter or diminish however, it doesn’t seem to be doing that, but I will say this is the greatest product ever I have fine lines on the inside of my lower legs, and when I lift my arms up Little lines within less than five minutes flat all of the little lines go away and my skin is instantly pumped up. I wish I could take a bath in this stuff and I will say it actually works for around 24 hours. My skin stays super plump, super moist and diminishes any fine lines and wrinkles it’s probably the greatest product I’ve ever used as far as my dark spots. I’m not noticing anything. Definitely will have this on auto ship.

Ich finde dieses Serum wirklich gelungen. Besonders interessant ist für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: 150 ml im Pumpspender machen es zu einem sehr günstigen All-over-Retinal-Serum aus Korea, das man nicht nur im Gesicht, sondern auch großzügig an Hals, Dekolleté und Körper verwenden kann. Die wichtigste Information musste ich allerdings erst recherchieren: Das Serum enthält 0,01 % Retinal (100 ppm). Schade, dass die Konzentration nicht deutlicher angegeben wird. 0,01 % klingt zunächst wenig, hat für mich aber absolut seine Berechtigung. Gerade für Retinoid-Einsteiger, empfindliche Haut sowie Hals und Dekolleté finde ich eine niedrigere Konzentration sinnvoll. Bei Retinoiden ist mehr nicht automatisch besser – entscheidend ist schließlich auch, dass die Haut das Produkt verträgt und man es regelmäßig verwenden kann. Auch die restliche Formulierung gefällt mir sehr gut. Niacinamid steht relativ weit vorne in der INCI-Liste. Eine genaue Konzentration konnte ich allerdings nicht finden und möchte deshalb keine Prozentzahl behaupten. Dazu kommen Centella asiatica und verschiedene Centella-Bestandteile, außerdem unter anderem Beta-Glucan, Panthenol, Ceramide NP, Cholesterin und Vitamin E. Das finde ich als Begleitung zu einem Retinoid sehr schön. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Glycerin. Dieser hervorragende Feuchtigkeitsspender wird meiner Meinung nach völlig unterschätzt und muss sich hinter der wesentlich stärker vermarkteten Hyaluronsäure keineswegs verstecken. Die Textur ist leicht und angenehm. Gerade für fettige Haut finde ich sie sehr passend. Durch das Glycerin ist das Serum direkt nach dem Auftragen ein klein wenig klebrig, was mich persönlich aber nicht stört. Bei trockener Haut würde ich anschließend definitiv noch eine Creme verwenden, da das Serum alleine dafür nicht reichhaltig genug ist. Generell gefällt mir der Ansatz von MEDITHERAPY: Eine durchdachte Formulierung muss nicht mit möglichst hohen Wirkstoffkonzentrationen überladen sein. Gerade bei empfindlicher Haut ist weniger manchmal tatsächlich mehr. Wer bereits gut an Retinoide gewöhnt ist und eine stärkere Wirkung möchte, sollte sich eher die MEDITHERAPY Retinal Skin Booster Cream mit 0,05 % Retinal (500 ppm) und 100 ml ansehen. Für Einsteiger, empfindliche Haut oder als großzügiges Retinalprodukt für Gesicht, Hals, Dekolleté und Körper finde ich dieses Serum mit 0,01 % Retinal und 150 ml aber wirklich empfehlenswert – besonders für den Preis.
