I just turned 40, and over the last 6 months I’ve been blessed with my teenage self’s complexion, complete with deep, painful acne along my jawline. I’ve tried topical creams and gels, as well as other well-rated brands of patches—and nothing has worked as well as these.These don’t budge overnight (see my tip below), they help with swelling and pain, and they actually flatten stubborn blemishes after one or two uses. The price point is great too, because I’ve tried others that are more expensive yet less effective. They definitely aren’t invisible if you’re fair skinned, so be mindful if you’re looking for something subtle to wear during the day—but that’s not a dealbreaker for me since they work so well.A tip for use, they stick fairly well, but I do put them on after my skincare routine, which includes a pretty rich moisturizer since I live in a dry climate. I find that using an alcohol swab around the blemish first, then letting it dry, and then putting the patch on helps it stick for longer. And whatever treatment is on the patch keeps my skin from drying out from the alcohol swab.

These work so much better than regular patches. They help stop a pimple in its tracks, especially those under the skin tumor like ones. The first time I used it I was surprised at the needles penetrating my skin but after the first time I’m used to it. I wish these were cheaper, very expensive for the quantity, but they work well

Pretty good and large patches!

I wish I would have taken photos. I had a huge red cystic spot with no head. I placed this on it overnight. When I got up this morning it had pulled all the pus to the skin surface. Dramatic head. When I washed my face it burst. I have another one on to finish the job. On previous ones it has pulled the pus into the patch. I think this one just was not on long enough to finish the job. Not to mention it was the biggest one I have ever put one on so I am more than pleased.

These used to be the best microneedle patches I'd tried but in the past few months they have been different. The patches use to be clear and the needles on the patches were longer, not the patches are a brown/tan and don't seem to work as well. I don't know why the maker has changed these patches, I wish they would go back to the longer needles, better sealing on Pimple and all-night product staying on.

My nodular acne is DEFEATED!!! Two consecutive nights of this patch on my freshly cleansed and dried face will KNOCK OUT my super deep acne with absolute minimal scarring, even when my blemishes don’t yet have a visible “head.” I’m not crying….yes I am. This is a life 1-upper and I wish I had these in high school instead of just now discovering them as a 30 year old adult. I was a little scared at first of the pokiness, but it doesn’t hurt at all and these bad boys stick SO firmly!! No pain peeling them off, so very easy to use and fantastic value for the price. They work so well, the only thing I wish is that they had bigger packs of them (like give me a 100 pack, I will buy it, I swear).

These little things are powerful. We actually used them to help my son's molluscum as it started to blister and heal. They suck gross stuff out from the depths. I was shocked how much ickiness they pulled from one small area. I only used this powerful one on larger pox that were getting really red and angry. After using one or two of these really potent patches, we'd switch to the blue patches of this same brand to finish the job.
