Review: The stuff works! - The nuts and bolts I removed from an antique vehicle were very rusty. I soaked them in muratic acid until the rust was gone. I then rinsed them and soaked them in this solution. They came out black and not subject to new rust. Much better than painting them.
Review: Easy to use product with good results - MEtal has to be clean from any other chemicals. I wiped down with acetone and it worked well. Some spots still took longer to take than others, but the result was a black finish that wasn't opaque, but blac enough that once I clear coated it is is dark and consistent with what I wanted

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked great on a 1911 A1

I needed to sand down the grip safety on a parkerized 1911 A1 a bit as it dug into the web of my hand. Used the Presto Black Steel when I was done and it came out great. A little darker than the original, but you wouldn't really notice unless you were looking for it. Holding up well.
