Very Good
My first time purchasing a back support for lower back aches and hip pains. It gives a feeling of all round support of the back and core, also makes you hold your stomach muscles in much more, thereby strengthening the core at the same time. It takes a bit of getting used to, but is comfortable and very supportive. I feel a lot more stability and it has helped alleviate my back issues and I do feel it has made things better as i have less pain. I would reccomend this. Also the two elastic belts when pulled together and secured provides added support and stability

Keeps your posture
I was hesitant about this, but I have to say it does feel like it supports you well. I've been using it whilst at my desk and it stops me slouching.Bonus is it pulls your belly in quite a lot! Don't recommend wearing it too tight for long periods. If you hahe lower back issues like me, you should be strengthening your core. If you wear this too much, my guess is it can relax those muscles too much. Not good in the long run.Definitely recommend this

Helped to stabilise and reduce pressure after back injury
After a painful fall I chose to wear the support when sitting and upright,to alleviate pain and resume daily activities around the home. It was easy to put on an take off (front fastening), adjustable and not uncomforable when worn over clothes, It also reminded me to take care.

It actually supports
I was not sure if this would be any good as I have suffered with back pain for a long time.This actually works and is very strong, the elastic is great, I did purchase a small at first but it was too small so sizing could be a bit better, very good item and a good price!!

Amazing comfort and support
Having just had major surgery in the pelvic area affecting the lower back this belt has provided comfort and support. It is a really attractive belt too(I went for pink edged) I recommend measuring properly as I was surprised to find that I was a large in it. The fit is perfect and nicely adjustable. I really love it and will advise anyone in post surgery to go for it, the quality is so good.

Velcro pops, this is no supported a all in any level bars really straight do not support spine.
The bars are so straight they don't support the lumbar back.The Velcros are so soft they pop up as soon as I put it on.This band doesn't not work for the purpose.
