Well, it does have some recipes in it and some good advice, there’s not nearly enough information in this book. I really wasn’t expecting a cookbook section. I needed recipes for tinctures and like.

Better off using google
I was really excited to get this book, but as I started reading it, I realize that it was written using chat GPT AI. The author did not even bother to change it from chat GPT formatting. I am a college professor and I grade multiple papers and read many books. This book lacks personality and it is pretty obvious that it written using AI. The fonts change halfway through the book making it look sloppy.

This book is very helpful, especially if you are looking for something that is natural and healthy. I love that it doesn’t have all the harmful chemicals or ingredients.
