Our grass-fed beef broth bones are sourced locally in Dorset where all animals are allowed to roam free and enjoy the natural world; no hormones or antibiotics. We do not add any additional ingredients to our broth. We choose not to add additional ingredients because we understand that people suffer from a range of allergies and intolerances so we leave it up to you to add your flavours. Our beef broth is roasted first and then slow-boiled for over 30-hours and we have tested the collagen levels and can confirm there is 3.6g of collagen found in 100g (100ml). Your goods will be delivered via courier and will arrive wrapped in wool-insulation with ice packs to ensure your products stay frozen, particularly in the warmer temperatures.
