Very comfortable, rolls well, very easy to assemble with sturdy tools. Ideal for long hours for study and work. It’s a soft leather with relaxing sitting and great color. Totally worth the money. I’m really happy with my purchase.

This chair is super comfortable, and it was a snap to put together. If you have every put together any office furniture, then you will not have any issues with it. It definitely rolls WAY easier than most chairs I have had, and the wheels are akin to rollerblade wheels almost. I really, really like it.That said, it was missing a fairly large piece that we searched for 100 times; it definitely did not come with it. Since it was the piece that connects all the wheels, I couldn't use the chair at all. I contacted them directly like the instructions say, and they responded within an hour, and had the part shipped that same day. It is unfortunate that it was missing a piece, but it was VERY nice how responsive they were in fixing the problem.

I assembled many office chairs in the past but this one took more time than expected. The included instructions sheet was torn out, so I resorted to the assembly video, which was very helpful.Most of the steps in the assembly were easy except for the two arms. I couldn’t tell which one goes to the right side and had it wrong the first time, so I had to redo that part.The back assembly was difficult because the flap kept falling and setting in the way. Also one of the bolts would not go in - see photo. It seems the hole was obstructed and stripped the two bolts I tried to put in it. I ended up only using 3 of the 4 bolts. Hopefully that’s going to suffice.On the positive side, the wheels on this chair are amazing. They are very smooth and quiet. That’s a big improvement over my last chair which made a lot of noise when rolled.The chair’s cushion is wide and comfortable. The diamond pattern is attractive.The feel of the PTU leather is not as soft as I expected. The chair’s height is a little shorter than my old chair. I still haven’t figured out how to tilt the back.In summary, this chair has some great features (the wheels) and has a comfortable cushion that is wider than most. It looks nice but missing some features that you’d expect to find at this price range (e.g. arms don’t move).

This was very easy to assemble after removing it from the box. The functions are pretty straight forward, and it works as intended. The swivel of the seat is pretty smooth without any sounds or any resistance. The wheels are very smooth too rolling across any smooth floor. These wheels remind me of rollerblade wheels. It's very comfortable to sit on. Height adjustment is pretty easy too and the heights are very standard. Other than that, the stitching for the back and the seat are done perfectly. The seams are straight without any loose threads or flaws. Overall, this is a great office chair at a very affordable price.

I really liked the look of this chair but it made my back hurt only after a few days sitting in it with no previous back problems. Also the chair wouldn’t fit under my desk. Lastly, the chair would just roll away and not stay in one place it was not ideal so I returned it.
