the wonderful tea
This tea is rich in ingredients that help reduce inflammation anywhere in the body; I am allergic to many anti-inflammatories, and this tea really helped with the inflammation in my hands.

A Soothing and Effective Herbal Tea for Post-Surgery Recovery
I recently tried the Bruizex Lymphatic Natural Herbal Tea, and it has been a wonderful addition to my post-surgery recovery routine. **Pros:** 1. **Effective Lymphatic Support:** This tea has been extremely beneficial in supporting my lymphatic system post-surgery. Iโve noticed a significant reduction in swelling and a quicker recovery overall. 2. **Natural Ingredients:** The blend of natural herbs, including ginger, is not only effective but also gentle on the stomach. Itโs comforting to know that Iโm consuming something natural and healthy. 3. **Pleasant Taste:** The tea has a pleasant, mild flavor with a hint of ginger. Itโs easy to drink and doesnโt require any additional sweeteners. 4. **Convenient Packaging:** The 30-pack is very convenient, providing enough tea bags for a full month of daily use. The individually wrapped tea bags ensure freshness and make it easy to take on the go. 5. **Versatile Use:** While itโs great for post-surgery recovery, I also find it helpful for general wellness and lymphatic health maintenance. Itโs a versatile tea that can be incorporated into any daily routine. **Cons:** 1. **Mild Flavor:** For those who prefer a stronger, more robust tea flavor, this might be a bit too mild. However, adding a slice of lemon or a bit of honey can enhance the taste. 2. **Price:** Itโs a bit on the pricier side compared to regular herbal teas, but considering its specific benefits and high-quality ingredients, I believe itโs worth the investment. Overall, the Bruizex Lymphatic Natural Herbal Tea has been a fantastic aid in my recovery process. Its natural, gentle formula and effective results make it a standout product. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a natural way to support their lymphatic system, especially post-surgery.

Good tea
I've been looking to consume the ingredients in this tea. The ones I've tried have not had a good flavor like this one. Neither the licorice or any of the other herbs are overpowering. Just had my 1st serving today. Looking forward to the benefits.

Beware of Arnica Toxicity
I've used homeopathic arnica for years (for various injuries), which at this point I feel is the only safe way to ingest it. I started drinking this tea because I had a very large bruise on my arm. It had already started healing on its own, but I thought, what the heck, might as well take some tea to hasten the process. The bruise continued healing, but no faster than usual, and I continued drinking one strong cup per day just to use up the box. I noticed that it took me longer to feel hungry (if at all) after drinking the tea, and I wasn't a fan of the strong taste, but I didn't want it to go to waste. My digestive issues got worse and worse, until yesterday I couldn't really digest anything at all. My meals just sat in my stomach making me feel yucky, for lack of a better word. Then, finally, last night I vomited violently a couple of times and finally felt better. So I looked through the reviews, saw the warning about arnica toxicity... especially combined with ginger... and did some further research to discover the dangers of ingesting arnica (rather than using it topically or diluted as a homeopathic). Tea basically concentrates an herb into an extract, and this is not good for the stomach, liver, etc. Dangerous, actually. I'll be throwing away the remaining bags of tea and suggest the manufacturers AND consumers do their research before ingesting such a powerful herb.
