Supports my wrist whilst doing exercise as I broke my wrist last year. Makes it feel more comfortable.

A little large for me however, it helps support my wrist a bit, too big around the hand no handbook or manual was included as stated on the box,

Hurt my wrist accidentally and bought this. Very good product. Fit my wrist and easy to take off and on. Very comfortable to wear.

Bit difficult to put on need help when you can’t grip because of the pain not much coverage either

To be clear, this is a positive review and I am happy with the product. It does what is expected, the below are just some things to note that may or may not apply to you.Positives:• It is well made, and the stitching and materials look and feel good. No skin irritation was caused for me or other such issues.Neutrals:• Not sure of its usefulness for Tendonosis, since when it is supporting the wrist, it presses against the tendons in the wrist making them more painful. However, I did find making the brace tighter did help a bit with this since it spread the weight out more, but never enough to fully help.• Personally I don't find it comfortable to wear for keyboard/mouse use since it is a little bulky and does restrict movement. This isn't an issue with this product specifically, more the whole category of products. To be clear though, this is very much a subjective thing.• The info booklet honestly wasn't helpful for me, It is very light on information. Maybe for someone who doesn't have an internet connection or access to healthcare it could be useful. But that is a very niche market.Positive surprises• Now that the issues with my wrist have mostly healed from rest and I am no longer in pain, it is actually far more comfortable to wear. I am finding it very useful for helping me to correct my wrist posture and identify what activities causes bad posture . Which should hopefully improve the long term health of my wrist.

Only used one night so far but it was the first night in as long as I can remember that I haven’t been woken by numbness in my arms caused by Carpal Tunnel. Fingers crossed it continues to provide this relief

J'avais une douleur au poignet qui persistait après 2 semaines après une chute. J'ai pris cette orthèse pour maintenir un peu mon poignet pendant le jour et la nuit sans être trop gêné.C'est parfait, elle rempli son rôle, je n'ai quasiment plus mal quand je la porte lors de gestes qui pouvaient être douloureux avant.Elle peut être portée à droite ou à gauche. J'en ai pris 2, une pour la maison et la nuit et une pour sortir.Plus tard je les utuliserai pour jouer au volley où je me fais parfois mal au poignet.
