Great for winter hikes in Central Virginia! Traction kept me on the snowy trails last winter.
These are soo good for winter hiking in Central Virginia! They kept me upright in the winter conditions last year. I hate to miss snow hikes, so I'm glad to have the traction these provide. Super easy to use.

Best traction in minutes!
These are the best you can find! I live in Lake Tahoe, always icy in winter. These go on in a minute and provide incredible traction! I have tried several, this wins!!

Great Grip!
Had these issued to me when deployed to Afghanistan. There'd be sheets of ice I had to navigate, and I would have cracked my spleen like a lot of other clowns had I not used it. I was so impressed, I keep a set in my truck and got one for all my household members.

Wanna stay out of the hospital? Get them.
PROS: - Been walking on solid ice with these and doing fine, no slippage at all. After breaking my ankle on the ice in 7 places a few years back I don't take chances anymore and this is the first time in years I've felt confident going outside during Alaskan winter. My other cleats don't compare to these. - They look cool as hell, lmao. CONS: - You can't walk on wood with these without biting into the wood. This stuff is seriously hardcore! - Putting on and taking off is kinda a pain. I would rather just change shoes on the go. I'm gonna start bringing extra shoes in the car for when I need to go shopping. - The sizing is a mess. Me and my mom bought 3 sizes (medium, large, and XL) and none of them fit either of us perfectly. They REALLY need a better sizing range. Prepare to send these back for another size if you purchase. NEUTRAL: - Very loud! The whole neighborhood can hear our spikes cracking the ice with every step. This isn't a pro or a con because I really like the confidence that noise brings - it means I have traction, a good sign to take the next step without slipping. OVERALL ASSESSMENT: If you want the ultimate safety during winter, this is your answer. Stop looking elsewhere. All my cons don't matter if it means you don't go to the hospital. Ice slips can seriously ruin your life permanently. Buy them.

They Work!
I liked the way these fit a number of different outdoor boots that I have. Easy to put on and slide off if entering a store or clear pavement. Highly recommend. Great value.

Great for snow and ice!!
Just bought these before the ice storm we had here in NC. Worked great and even has done well in the snow storm. I wear a size 12 boot and the large is a perfect fit. Great traction in winter weather. So far the durability has been holding up to what I’ve been putting them through.

They're tight, but probably need to be.
Excellent for the price. I wear size 12.5 and ordered the XL. I've tried them with Lems hiking boots as well as XtraTuf deck boots, tight fit on the latter but once they're on they work great. You've gotta give them quite a good pull, starting by hooking them on the toe and then pulling the back to the heel. Make sure you don't have the part around the toe too high, and it'll reach. I'd rather they be snug this way and a little harder to put on, rather than easier to install but sliding around while you're walking. Requires a bit of hand strength, so maybe wouldn't recommend for the elderly or if you've have a hand injury.

Capable and convenient
I’ve used these a few times now. They’re a great middle ground between smaller ice spikes and proper crampons. They don’t require mountaineering boots, but you’ll still want to be wearing pretty stiff shoes. Compared to crampons they are lighter and easier to put on and take off. They’re good for up to moderately-sloped snow, but beyond that you’ll need real crampons.

Excellent traction
Excellent traction on smooth and rougher ice. Compared to multiple falls with my old grips, i have not fallen once. Highly recommend

very small fit
I'm a women's size 9 and the Medium is too small for my boots. Cannot get them on. Will be returning.
