Works really well
Lovely crumply, feather thin shavings, like sharpening a pencil, but with cheese, what's not to like. Just, need to try and find a reasonably priced cloche, which seems impossible in this country

Wonderful
This is a lovely beech / stainless steel cheese scraper. It is a little fiddly to fit together, but once you have it works beautifully creating little cheese flowers that look amazing.

Great, and makes you look cool at a party
I like this scraper a lot. With the monks head cheese it works great for a party. Trust me your guests will be impressed.It's not quite as sturdy as I hoped and the handle screw is a bit loose and none of the tools in my kit can get at it to tighten. Hopefully it doesn't get worse with use.

The wooden handle can be a bit difficult to fit.
A really sturdy cheese planer, great value and very easy to use.With a Tête de Moine cheese it was the star of the dinner party, and a great talking point.All in all, a first class purchase.
