Amazon just being too difficult
Item was delivered faulty...within a few hours of delivery tried to arrange a replacement from Amazon ...they stated replacement will take nearly 2 weeks although it is offered for sale on 2 day delivery....have so far spoken to 5 different staff each with conflicting stories over pickup and replacement arrangements...those that enjoy time wasting experiences should buy this item from Amazon.Best avoid Amazon for this item. It takes them 12 days to replace faulty item whilst Ecor only takes one day...
