Finally some relief
I've had issues with my sinuses and ears for many years due to them being reconstructed during teeth being removed. I've seen ENT doctors and no help anywhere. I figured why not give this a try to see if I could get some relief of some sort. I was pleasantly surprised by the relief I got with the first use. It relieved some of the ear and sinus pressure almost instantly which also relieved the headache I was suffering. It may seem small but for something going into your ear and putting air in there you don't want something huge. The instructions inside the box are easy to understanding making this so easy to use. Overall, I would say this is effective and a good value for the money spent.

NOT SAFE, Buy at your own RISK
I have had ear, nose, and throat/sinus issues my whole life, with a lot trouble with Eustachian tube dysfunction in particular. Now, as a flight attendant, the issues are even more apparent. I saw a name brand version of this (also NOT SAFE) on TikTok and didn’t want to pay $25 for what was essentially just a dropper with an earplug attached, so I looked on Amazon. Is this a cheaper but ultimately exactly the same version of other tools on the market? Absolutely. Should you use it in your ears? Absolutely not. I noted that people in reviews reported injuring their eardrums with this tool and others like it because there is nothing to keep air from shooting into your ear too quickly or the device from suctioning too hard, but I thought I was smarter than them. “I can control it,” I thought. “I don’t have an ear infection or perforation like some of these people, so I’ll just go super slowly and gently.” I used the tool with extreme caution and control, and for a few days it seemed like my ear pain had lessened. I used it more over the next few days to relieve pressure pain, but then I woke up with a horrible earache and everything sounded robotic. I looked into my ear with a video otoscope and saw that my eardrum, though intact, was bloody and bulging and looked like a bad case of barotrauma. It took a week for the robotic hearing to go away, and antibiotics to clear up the pain and prevent infection. It does not matter how carefully you use this tool. It is not safe to use in your eardrum. Spend the money on a Eustacii tool instead- it’s more expensive but it is safe to use- or do the valsalva maneuver. This will bring you more pain than relief. As far as the product quality, it is fine. This item is exactly what it is described as and supposed to be, and is packaged and shipped fine. But the tool itself should not be marketed for use within the ear.

Unexpected, but it does work, albeit not really as advertised.
There's something about this tool that does seem to provide some soothing from severe tinnitus. It won't make the ringing go away. It's the suction the tool applies close to the eardrum that seems to offer some temporary soothing. Unexpected, but it does work, albeit not really as advertised.

Useful device!
I really enjoyed using this tool as ive been suffering sinus or congestion infection. I was trying to pop my ear naturally my blowing my nose and it still felt like a blockage. A few days using this tool. It hasn't popped my ear but the relief is improving with continued usage.

Not For Me
Sorry, but this simply didn't work for me. It wasn't that easy to use and it didn't provide much suction at all.

High Quality Device That Works
The diminutive size of this product belies the effectiveness of it's use. It is of high quality and small enough to easily carry when traveling. After a long flight my ears usually feel the pressure changes and, for me, it is not easy to equalize. The Ear Pain Relief Tool easily helps me equalize the pressure quickly.

Does nothing for tinnitus
I was able to get this to work as it was supposed to, however, it did absolutely nothing to improve the tinnitus I’ve had, nonstop, since 2022. The foam tip did come off, partially, and caused some surface pain in one ear. I was so hoping this would work but it was a complete waste of money.

Does not hold air when deflated
Update: I received a defective item. Seller contacted me and apologized for the issue I had. Offered to send me a replacement and I accepted. New device (which was the black one) works perfectly and holds air as the listing indicates. Changed to 4 stars for the service from the seller and helping resolve my issue and for the quality control aspect and having to go through this. Original review: Garbage. The one I received does not stay pressurized or create suction. The air escapes right out. Even when I deflate and hold to my finger. The hose part is not sealing.
