I cannot speak about the efficacy of this product because I never started using it.As soon as I have received it, in fact, I did something that I always do totest powders and capsules for metals, at least magnetic ones, before using them and did not like the result. It is a simple but effective test.I have put three capsules in a container full of water and then, using a magnet, I tried to attract them. The magnet does not make mistakes, can only attract metals and the capsules should remain still if metal-free. These capsules move through the waterrelatively fast, attracted by the magnet; it means that they contain some form of metal attractable by a magnet, a magnetic or partially magnetic metal.I have more important things to do than sending these capsules for a proper analysis to find out which heavy metals are present and the precise quantity of them. Personally, it is more than enough to see those capsules moving in the water attracted by a magnet to conclude that I do not want to ingest them.I have to say that the presence of metals in these kinds of products is, in my experience, a real plague and almost impossible to avoid. I carried out the same simple test on many other supplements that I bought and all of them get attracted by a magnet, no exceptions. It means that all the supplements I tried, and they are a considerable number, contain metals and, for this reason, I think that I will probably stop taking any supplement all together.I have requested a refund and it has been promptly issued.For expressing my opinion stating the obvious fact that something that is attracted by a magnet must necessarily be a metal or contain a metal, I have also been threatened by BS of legal actions and I have been said that if I do not cancel my review and "keep on talking thinking that I am an expert in a field I know nothing about (they do not even know who I am and dare speak to me like that) then I will be hearing from their legal department." I am waiting...
