I've even used the top alone during some mild construction duties and boyyyy it worked good to help sweat more. Washable, quick wash with soap and rinse and boom hang to dry. The head part gives me a bit of a hard time to put on and take off though but nothing bad. Rather durable so far for normal walks and runs.
